NZDipBus Level 6 is the most commonly acknowledged business qualification by employers and businesses in New Zealand. The qualification recognises the business skills, knowledge and competence required for people to undertake business operations, planning, coordinating and supervisory roles in a workplace.
NZDB 16-month fast track
If you complete 12 papers without a study break or school holiday, you can achieve the NZDB Level 6 qualification within 16 months. You will still be eligible to apply for the Graduate Job Search Visa (1 year open work permit) of from Immigration New Zealand

It is important for our students to have the best access to textbook and reference books. It is compulsory that all Diploma students keep a textbook while you study at MFH.
MFH invests books in order to make books available and to be cycled among groups while the edition is valid (within 2~3 years). Students only pay a loan as low as $20 per book. Textbooks is no longer a burden for our students.

Academic skills / Learning support programme
The MFH Academic Skills Programme aims to equip learners, particularly new students, with the necessary learning knowledge and skills required for business study. It lays a strong foundation for learners to achieve their academic goals.
There are 20 hours. At the end, of the MFH Academic Skills Programme students will be able to:
- Recognise and use academic and business vocabulary.
- Take and use notes from spoken lecture-type material on a business topic.
- Follow academic conventions when planning and writing original documents.
- Create and deliver a competent oral presentation and respond to questions on a business topic.

Entry criteria:
- International students must also have an IELTS 6.0 (Academic) with no individual band lower than 5.5, TOEFL 525 or equivalent or pass an MFH internal entry test.
- Domestic applicants under 20 years of age must have a minimum of: 50 credits at level 2 or above NCEA with at least 12 credits in each of three subjects, including a minimum of 8 literacy credits at level 2 or equivalent.

Study pathways:
Through our Academic Partnership programme with Government Institutes of Technology, MFH NZDipBus Level 6 graduates are permitted to transfer up to 220 credits and gain direct entry into the final year of a Bachelor Degree Level 7. This provides a route to fast track academic achievement.
NZDipBus also provides entry to and cross-crediting of up to 9 papers of 135 credits towards the second year of university Bachelor Level 7 (commerce and business related) throughout New Zealand. Students will then study in the university for two more years to complete a Bachelor degree.
You may also combine the NZDipBus with more choices of MFH Level 5 Diploma qualifications by taking one or more extra papers at MFH.
